Also called black gold, oil has had just as big an impact on society as religion has by inciting war, strife and wealth. Some day, there won't be any more natural resources to fuel our need for power and we will have to resort to other sources of energy.
This was shot at a Texaco pumping yard in Seal Beach, California at 11:00 am. on March 20, 1998 by Loren Price. Techno-weenie stuff; Nikon FM2, with a 15mm 3.5 lens, on a Peace River Studios 360 pano head, using Kodachrome 64 and scanned to PhotoCD by ProCD of Anaheim, CA.
