Good morning...eyhh..wakeupman!!
No way to wake him up. As we reached Wilhelmshaven/North-Coast/Germany at 21.03.1998, 07.00 MET, Boris was sleeping like a grizzly. But I felt the spring and the final wrinkle-wave upcoming...no want to sleep! At the above pano you see the rising sun at 07.55 MET. 15 Minutes later the water was gone far out because of the turn of the tide. What a scene! I made some more panos from a bridge, the sleeping haven... At 09.00 MET we drove to Bremerhaven to "follow the tracks of Captain Nemo". We took more than 15 Panos at a very special point... but we will show it online next weeks (i hope!). Surprise, surprise!
How we did it.
We used my Nikon F90X with a Nikor-Ultra-Wide-Lens (15mm), a Manfroto-Tripod (unfortunately a heavy-weight ;)) and my good ole Kaidan QP4 pano-head to shoot this pano. We used the Agfa RSX 50-Film. We digitized the pictures on a Topaz-Scanner, stitched the pictures with the qtvr-authoring tools/mpw.
